Active air bed sore prevention systems
Dynamic bed sore prevention systems are inflated by a high-tech electric compressor, and redistribute interface pressures throughout the entire body surface. They consist of multiple air cells with differentiated zones in dedicated sections, depending on the body area of each patient. These systems are indicated for patients at a high risk of developing Pressure Injuries and help in the treatment of pressure ulcers up to Stage IV (according to European Pressure Ulcer Advisory Panel (EPUAP) guidelines), including unstageable lesions.
